LK’S BLOW OFF POST

I am busy…doing assorted and sundry things, like making devious Simon Bar Sinister-esque plans to overthrow the government of Chad.

Why?

Because I think the country should be named “Jeremy”.

Two..three..four…

My older readers will love that one.

But I digress.

I supped with a friend recently and New Age weirdness came up in conversation. Seems my friend is into numerology and thought you, my readers o’blog would be entertained if I wrote a post on this number crap.

Considering the weekend is almost upon us and I’ve got subterfuge to plan, I thought you might like a primer on numerology. You might learn what your birthday says about you, other  than it was a source of scourge for your mother, not to mention a lamentable day for her poor, haggard uterus.

OK..kids listen up: if you believe this stuff, your birth number can say a lot about you. It (supposedly) describes who you are, what you’re good at and what your “inborn” abilities are all about. It also points to what we’ve learned and what we have yet to take in as knowledge.

Wanna know your birth number?

To figure that out, add all the numbers in your total birth date together until there’s only one digit. remaining. See the example below. The numerical month, plus date plus year.

Example: March 20, 1950

3 + 20 + 1950 = 1973
1 + 9 + 7 + 3 = 20
2 + 0 = 2
2 is the Birth Number

So, what do the numbers mean?

Well, the Birth Number doesn’t prevent you from being anything you want. I am told it’ll just color your choice differently. That is…IF you let it.

By the way, The Laurie is a 5.    This is utter horse shit. I don’t believe this crock for a minute . Nonsense. Crap. Balderdash.

Everyone knows I’m more of a 3.

  1. Yeah…calling bullshit on this one as well. There’s no FREAKIN’ WAY I am a “2”.

(and btw, I added up to 1973 as well, so I didn’t have to do the fancy math)

If I am a 2, then I am compared to Bill Clinton? Whoever came up with this garbage can go (expletive deleted) themself.

    I am a 7 heavily infused with 4 and a dash of 6…

  2. Yeah, this says I’m a 6. A Romantic?! I see bits of that in me I guess but there is also a lot of 7 and a little bit of 5 in me.

I don’t mind being compared to Albert Einstein but Jane Seymour and Goldie Hawn? … try saying that to my face!

Jeremy 🙂 I quite like Wilbur!

  3. This says I’m a “1”. I call utter BULLSHIT on that. I’m possibly the least original person I know. I’m much more a “6”.

That being said my exhusband is a “4” which is pretty much spot on. Very interesting.

  4. I’m a (2) and proud of it! But, I don’t care about Old fart face Bill Clinton.

LK, I think you are a combo of several of them, which is so nice to be (3&5), some of (8).

    Great blog LK!

  5. I actually AM a 3. Of course. But now, all I can picture is a party with me, Dali and The Cos, all fighting for attention…

And now, you may opine your ass off...
