What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
When panic and fear dictate your thoughts, words, actions.
You’re suffocating in emotional paralysis. Unable to rescue yourself from your torturous existence. It’s all become too much…happened too fast. Too soon.
Overwhelmed.
Angst.
Mental enemies are at your gate. The angry villagers—Ego, Anger, Fear and Despair stand there. Scythes, pitchforks and torches in hand. Poised, waiting, shouting–battering ram at the ready. The fortress you’ve built to protect yourself is penetrable. Defenses are non-existent.
You are weak….you are not impervious!!!
And then, you realize the metronome which used to keep the rhythmic beats of your life, has suddenly become a pendulum. Taking dead aim at your soul.
The beats get faster, the pendulum inches closer with each pass over you. You can’t get up. Immobilized.
Fear has become your restraints.
The blade moves closer and closer.
You feel incredibly mortal. Life IS finite. The end is not only near, but palpable.
What do you do?
What DO you do?
I’d suggest getting laid.
Getting laid is the absolute answer to many problems.
Let’s do it!
kisses on ALL your lips,
Gui
I am convinced that if everyone got a little genital exercise every now and then, the hole in the ozone layer would close, there would be no war, and that bird flu thing would completely go away.
It would also be the end of terrorism, I’m nearly certain.
That–or a six-pack of good beer and a Monty Python DVD.
More sex and laughter–that’s my platform, and I’m stickin’ with it!
You write brilliantly, Ms.Kendrick. I suppose you know that one measure of a man is what he does when he has nothing to do. A woman of your means will do just fine.
